Electric Cleaner Company units are guaranteed against motor defects for two years from date of purchase. All other parts are guaranteed 90 days against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

Warranty on motor turbines is applicable only if motor-turbines have not been taken apart or tampered with. Motor-turbines, hoses, or unit to be repaired must be returned to factory freight pre-paid or post paid to apply.

Yes. The Electro Groom will use 14.85 amps (both motors running) and can be used on any 110v outlet.

We have numerous repair partners across the continental United States and Canada to help you with your maintenance and repair needs. You can also send them to our factory in Wisconsin for maintenance and repairs.

Our warranty is 2 years on defects in workmanship and motors. All other parts are guaranteed 90 days.

Motor brush life is determined by usage. We recommend that motor brushes be changed every 2-3 years under normal usage conditions.

Yes replacement parts are readily available. Be sure to have your serial number off you dryer to help our staff get you the correct parts.

The serial number will be found on a silver tag also containing the amperage data, etc.

Some items may be easily fixed, while others may be more difficult. It all depends on your level of mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Yes, the Electro Groom has a removable filter on top of the inside motor. This filter should be removed and cleaned periodically which will increase motor life. If you notice any holes or tears in the filter, replace the filter immediately.

No. The Electro Groom is strictly a dry vacuum.

Yes the Electro Groom can be used as a blower/dryer. Connect the hose to the exhaust port tube at the rear of the machine. Tighten the clamp on the hose and fasten the blower tip or cobweb tube to the end of the hose.

The metal dirt can is installed inside the machine and collects the dirt, etc. being vacuumed. The cloth dust bag is attached to the dirt can and collects overflow dust and debris. This prevents foreign matter from entering the unit and protects the motors.

Yes, the cloth bag can be washed. We recommend hand washing the cloth bag and allowing it to dry completely before reinstalling into the machine.
