There’s no cost of email support. If it’s determined that additional work is necessary by our technical team, we will require you to ship your unit to us, postage pre-paid, and then work up a quote for the repair. If you accept the quote, your unit will be repaired and shipped back as soon as possible. If you elect not to complete the repair, we will. ship your unit back to you, or recycle your unit and apply a $25 discount toward a new dryer.

UPS ground shipping typically takes 6 business days. Repairs themselves take 1-3 business days on average. For this reason we estimate most repairs performed by Electric Cleaner take approximately 2 weeks to complete and return to you.

If we did this, it’s because we were unable to reach you by phone, email, or text in 30 days. Unfortunately, we’re not able to hold units forever when we’re not able to get confirmation on a plan from our customers.

Electric Cleaner Company units are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and/or motors for two years from date of purchase. All other parts are guaranteed 90 days against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

Warranty on motor turbines is applicable only if motor-turbines have not been taken apart or tampered with. Motor-turbines, hoses, or unit to be repaired must be returned to factory freight pre-paid or post paid to apply.
